Lok Sabha MPs of the BJP, Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput were injured during the incident and immediately hospitalized. Both of them have now been released after taking food at the hospital.

Injuries to the BJP MPs
Out of the injured, 69-year-old Pratap Sarangi from the Odisha won as MP had a deep cut on his forehead. He was bleeding profusely and was taken to Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital in Delhi. Scans: The doctors pulled stitches with them.
One more head injured politician was Mukesh Rajput, and MP from Uttar Pradesh. It was said that for some time after it he was unconscious and his blood pressure rose sharply. Both MPs remained in the Intensive Care Unit before being transferred to the general ward.
