The rising number of condom thefts is rising in the city and for what reason? No idea! If you are trying to resist the urge to laugh at this oversexed up dose of insanity, join the club. Why in the world would someone want to steal away so many condoms? One or two would be fine! But so many? Are they trying to take the population of India to a whole new level? Additionally, it is the time of census. So what’s going on here?
